Sebastian is an experienced session bassist having worked in live touring, corporate bands and studio environments. As a Graduate of the Elder Conservatorium (Bachelor of Jazz Performance) in Adelaide, Sebastian has very capable sight reading, technical and aural skills. Sebastian has also spent some time in Nashville learning from the best studio musicians in the business, including the bassist for Dolly Parton, where he gained valuable insight into the process and playing in a Nashville Studio.
He is a seasoned performer, having played at many festivals including but not limited to: Adelaide Fringe Festival, Gympie Music Muster, NQ’s Rockin Country, Reg Fest, Space Jams, Sale Country Music Fest and Tamworth Country Music Festival.
Sebastian is proficient on 4-6 string bass to cater for your needs with influences from James Jamerson, Joe Dart all the way to Jazz Legends like John Patitucci and Anthony Jackson.
